On 1 December 2025, Marc Hellmann will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Norres Baggerman Group. Born in Duisburg, he has more than 15 years of international management experience in the manufacturing industry, including positions in the USA, China, and most recently as CFO of the OSM Group in Hong Kong. His global perspective and deep understanding of complex value creation processes will be a significant asset in the further development of the group.

“Having grown up in the Ruhr with a strong hands-on mentality, it almost feels like coming home after many years abroad,” says Marc Hellmann. “I am looking forward to being part of the Norres Baggerman Group and using my international experience to further strengthen the company’s performance.”

In his new role, Marc Hellmann will place a particular focus on further developing the Group’s financial management and advancing strategic initiatives to improve processes and results. “Together with CEO Thomas Gela, the Board of Management and the entire team, I intend to achieve our ambitious goals and actively address the challenges of the market,” says Marc Hellmann.

A particular focus of his work will be on building high-performing teams, promoting intercultural cooperation and continuous process innovation. “I am excited to be actively and successfully shaping the future of the Norres Baggerman Group together with a dedicated, international team.”
