The NORRES Group has expanded its range of aeration systems. In addition to polyurethane diffusers and membranes, the portfolio now also includes a diffuser and a membrane made from EDPM: PRO₂AIR^® EPDM 610 and PRO₂AIR^® EPDM 625.

PRO₂AIR^® EPDM 610 and PRO₂AIR^® EPDM 625 – The innovations

The NORRES Group has expanded its portfolio of aeration systems with new products and new materials. A membrane and a diffuser made from EPDM are now also available: the PRO₂AIR^® EPDM 610 membrane tube diffuser and the PRO₂AIR^® EPDM 625 membrane diffuser tube. The membrane has a wall thickness of 1.8 mm. PRO₂AIR^® EPDM 610 and PRO₂AIR^® EPDM 625 are used in industrial and municipal wastewater treatment plants as well as for pressure diffusion with fine bubbles, oxygen input for nitrification in activation basins and continuous or intermittent aeration. Other applications include oxygen input and circulation in fixed-bed and bioreactors, thorough mixing of activation basins, sand trap louvre aeration, renaturation of lakes and rivers, aquacultures and fish farming.
Both PRO₂AIR^® EPDM 610 and PRO₂AIR^® EPDM 625 are very user friendly – both products can be fitted quickly and easily. They provide very good resistance to industrial and municipal wastewater in accordance with the latest version of the DWA-M 115 Advisory Leaflet and also conform to RoHS guidelines. The very low pressure loss represents an important product benefit leading to optimal efficiency. PRO₂AIR^® EPDM 610 and PRO₂AIR^® EPDM 625 are designed for temperatures from 0°C to 85°C as well as for the following operating range: normal operation 6 to 8, minimum 2, maximum 12 and purge operation 15 Nm³/h (h*m_aer.)
