Profiles and profile hoses
NORRES profiles and profile hoses are made from Pre-PUR®, the
innovative polyurethane material that gives them five times better
resistance to abrasion than rubber or PVC. Free of softener (and
therefore no longer prone to hardening), they are especially suitable
for abrasive solids as well as for gaseous or liquid media. They are
the perfect choice, for example, in the food, pharmaceutical and
chemical industries (certified according to the relevant EU Directive 2007/19/EG
and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010 compliant),
in a temperature range from -40°C to +90°C, short time even
to 125°C. NORRES profile
hoses can be used, for example, for compressed air or pneumatic
applications, as insulating tubes, as profile, flat, moulded, twin or
water cooling hoses, for round or hollow belts.
Other types are also available, e.g. PUR, PVC, PE, TPE, PTFE, electrically
conductive, antistatic, with
a customer-specific product marking and in special colours; in approx.
diameters from Ø 2 - 50 mm.
