More NORRES cable production products are certified

NORRES cable protecton system of a conduit and connector get newest VDE certificate

NORRES cable protection conduits MeC PVC 102 and MeC PUR 105 as also cable protection connector AUM 159 are checked and certificated successfully approved to DIN EN 61386-1 und DIN EN 61386-23 (flexible rigid conduit systems for electric energy and for information). The unique advantage is that with the above-mentioned products the customer receive a certified system comprised of a conduit and connector.

From now on both plastic coated, highly flexible and gas and liquid tight metal conduits as well as the extra tight, multi-piece metal conduit connector AUM 159 of NORRES are VDE certificated. The generally accepted VDE symbol stands for product safety of the regarding electric, mechanic, thermic, toxic and sundry safety. It indicates conformity with the VDE standards or European or internationally harmonized standards and confirms its compliance with the protective requirements of the applicable EC Directives by the VDE testing and certificate institute. An integral part of holding and granting the VDE mark are regular factory inspections and product surveillance, which guarantees a uniform and constant product quality. The unique advantage of this certification: The MeC PVC 102 / MeC PUR 105 and the AUM 159 metal connector have been tested and VDE certified as a complete system rather than simply as individual components (separately certified conduit and connector).

The cable protection systems are kink-proof and impress with increased resistance to tear, pressure and impact. The systems can be used for electrical installations, for flexible shafts, for hydraulic and pneumatic hoses and as robust protection systems.
